The following is a list of all the features
of Stocks And Weather Today:

Automatically displays the current weather
for up to 6 cities. Easy to understand icons are also displayed.

Display the local time for the city!

Ability to get the forecast for the next week.

Configure application to not download stock
data when markets are closed.

Much nicer looking weather icons.

Configure application to not download weather
during certain hours of the day.

(along with stock price) with a simple double tap (if you
are tracking more than 10 stocks)

Ability to not display stocks but still monitor
them for alerts. Do this by setting the stock timing to 0.

Ability to go straight to the NOAA web site
and get a very detailed forecast (including weather alerts
and radar images).

Get stock quotes for up to 60 stocks. Easy
to understand icons are also displayed.

Ability to get detailed quote information with
a simple tap.

Ability to go directly to yahoo.com (via Pocket
Internet Explorer) with a simple tap which gives you charts
and current information regarding the stock you are interested
in.

Ability to set up to 60 alerts based on how
a stock is performing. When an alert occurs, the background
of the stock display is changed to make it very obvious. The
following are some sample alert settings:

Option to have a special screen pop when an
alert fires.

the application is connected to the Internet, currently updating
data, or not connected to the Internet at all.

Works seamlessly with 802.11 networks, CDPD
internet modems, and Active Sync pass through via the PC.
We have also verified that it works with VPN clients running
on the Pocket PC. In general, you should experience no problems
if you can browse the Internet with Pocket Internet Explorer.

the application goes to the Internet to update stock and weather
information (you can set weather and stocks update intervals
separately).

Ability to tap the today screen for instant
refresh.

Ability to tap the screen to advance to the
next stock or city.

Ability to specify how long each city and stock
is displayed.

Works behind firewall's using a proxy. Automatically
configures itself so no additional proxy information needs
to be supplied (assumes you have already configured the proxy
information via the connections settings). Ideal if you frequently
switch between a proxy served internet connection (e.g., at
work) and a non proxy served internet connection (e.g., at
home). This auto configuration is not available for Pocket
Internet Explorer.

Auto information caching. If you do a soft
reset the application will immediately show the last information
known for each stock and city. Very useful if you do a reset
and are not connected to the Internet.

Demo version is fully functional. However,
after a period of time (about 45 minutes), the application
will revert to a preset selection of cities. Once a valid
registration code is entered the application will revert back
to the cities and stocks you have entered.

Forecast information is available. Simply click
in the middle of the current weather icon and a screen pop
will show a detailed 7 day forecast.

City/St. names can be used instead of zip codes.
For example, Denver,Co can be entered instead of 80234
-
Duration can be set for each city. Allows you
to specify how long each city's information is displayed before
going to the next city. Tapping on the far right side of the
display area allows the user to instantly go to the next city.
Currently, stocks are displayed for 2 seconds.

Easy interface for doing uninstall and upgrades
has been provided.

Auto help appears when application starts and
no stock and weather information has been setup in the options.

We have done extensive testing on all kinds
of networks. However, you should test on your network before
purchasing a license key.
